For english readers this text said:
Thanks to the demonstrators of Strasbourg, which with 2ooo persons (according to the police force) against 24ooo police officers and soldiers nevertheless succeeded in burning a hotel, a customs house, tourist bureau, a pharmacy, a gas station, and to assemble barricades that the Gendarmes (paramilitary force who work with police, it's hard to understand...) did not succeed in taking again
Which connery nevertheless to organize this type of things in full centre town
And also congratulations to Bastia (great city of Corsica, French island who ask it's independance) where others demonstrators expressing even fewer according to the police force, wound more 3o Gendarmes and burned the old town hall of the city. But do not fear anything, listen to Sarkozy, " all goes well" , it does not occur anything to France, finally it's at least what TF1 says. France was simply on the border of the uprising due to the crisis and to the governement which mistakes the citizens
(TF1 was at the beginning a private television channel but since the Sarkozy election the channel like many other french televisions were controled by governement...)
Like others French i would like to said "I am French, so excuse my english and my president..."
